C Source Code License

Right of Use
The User has the right to install the Software on one site  within one organization provided the User agrees upon the conditions and terms on the use of the Software. The User has the right to alter part of the C source code and the changes meet the conditions as specified below. The User has the right to report defects in the Software, if any, and Afany shall respond to such reports and make the best efforts to ensure that the software performs as documented.

Copyright
Afany owns the copyright of the Software. The Software includes several public domain modules as listed in the manual with permission from their authors.

Conditions
The license is nonexclusive and therefore Afany has the right to grant licenses to other users. The license is nontransferable and the User has no right to distribute the Software in any form unless a written permission is granted by Afany. The user shall make all the efforts to protect the Software from illegal copying and distribution. The C source code is provided to facilitate integrating the Software with other software and porting the Software to a platform for which no binary is provided. The User can change the source code to improve the performance, quality, and/or functionality of the Software. No part of the C source code can be used for any other purposes.

Warranty
The Software is provided with a two-year warranty. If the software is found not to perform as documented during the warranty period, Afany shall provide the user with necessary updates for free of charge. The user has the responsibility to make sure that the software serves his/her needs. Afany is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of this software.
